This varied background helped enable Aaron to develop customized investment strategies and advise high net worth families as well as corporations with a unique perspective to wealth management.

Aaron graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Soon after graduation, Aaron also achieved the designation of Certified Public Accountant. After spending the first part of his career in public accounting, Aaron started his career in the financial services industry when he joined the Kaser Group in 1997.
Aaron, his wife and two children live in Maumee, Ohio. Spending time with family is a priority for Aaron, but he also enjoys golf, fine dining and travel.
As an investment professional for nearly four decades, David began his career in the fixed income division of a major Wall Street firm later becoming a founding member of the firm’s corporate services group. Today, as a Certified Financial Planner ®, he implements wealth management strategies through a consultative process.
He works diligently to understand you, your goals, objectives, and risk tolerances. David is firmly committed to long-term relationships and strives to deliver exceptional service to clients around the world.
“The longer you’re in this business, the more you understand,” David says. “But I’m still learning. I enjoy getting to know everything about who you are.”
Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, David received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in Finance from the University of Dayton. He and wife Maggie have been married for over 30 years and have three grown children.
David is heavily involved in community service and has served on many nonprofit boards, being elected Board Chairman of several, and helping coach youth sports. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
Rick began his career as an intern while still attending Miami University, from where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting.
In the early 1990s, he became a charter member of the employee corporate services group at a major Wall Street firm, working closely with Fortune 500 companies to design and deliver their executive compensation plans as well as to provide financial planning services to salaried employees across the country.
As a Principal and Wealth Advisor at KMG Fiduciary Partners LLC, he provides comprehensive wealth management services and customized solutions to help individuals reach their goals efficiently.
“It is so rewarding to witness my clients’ sense of relief and liberation once they realize they are on a course to achieve their financial goals,” Rick says. “That’s the best part of my job.”
He is a mentor on global economic issues to high school students at Maumee Valley Country Day School. In his free time, Rick enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Missy and their three children.
Brady Grimm brings over 20 years of experience as an investment professional and an extensive background in wealth management, estate planning, and advanced business markets. Brady attended Michigan State University before launching his financial career at Northwestern Mutual. Earning his Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation, Brady is committed to long-term relationships and putting his clients’ interests above his own. He works closely with his clients to develop personalized financial plans that help them achieve their short and long-term goals.
“I consider my clients an extension of my family, and I value those relationships above the value of their assets,” said Brady. “Nothing is more rewarding than putting in place financial plans that truly stand the test of time.”
He now lives near Toledo, Ohio, with his wife, Liz, and daughters, Genevieve and Caroline. In his spare time, Brady enjoys traveling with his family, golfing, and spending time outdoors.
Financial planning has always been in Cameron’s blood. Long before he studied Finance and Communication at the University of Arizona, he already felt inclined to follow in his father’s footsteps. As an undergraduate, Cameron was an intern at one of Chicago’s leading financial services firms and a member of his school’s Investment Club.
"Driven by my passion for finance, I have always aspired to become an Advisor. I relish the dynamic nature of my role as it presents me with diverse challenges that require innovative solutions tailored to each client's unique situation. My primary focus is to help my clients create financial plans that pave the way for them to achieve their financial goals. Cameron has been with KMG since June of 2019 and a CFP® Professional since August of 2021.
In his free time, Cameron enjoys traveling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, golf, and especially reading.
Courtney had almost a decade of experience when she joined KMG in 2017. Her primary roles at KMG Fiduciary Partners LLC are running day--to-day operations as office business manager, onboarding new clients and assisting with asset transfers.
She is passionate about her work because she enjoys being able to help people in so many different areas.
Courtney says she enjoys making sure your experience with KMG is a smooth one. “If you’re moving to KMG or establishing a new account, we will make the experience as effortless as possible,” she says.
Courtney graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Ecology. She and husband Chris have two girls, Madison and Miley. When she is not at work, Courtney loves to play tennis, watch her girls sporting events and go to dinner with her family.
Graduating from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, Andrew Hellstedt launched his career in finance with Fidelity Investments in 2023. In his nearly three year with the firm, he progressed from financial representative to Investment Consultant, building strong client relationships, as he helped individuals navigate crucial financial decisions to achieve their personal financial goals.
As he joins KMG Fiduciary Partners, Andrew brings a passion for working closely with clients and a deep dedication to supporting them through every stage of life and each financial milestone.
Andrew states, “For me, advising is all about relationships. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients, understand their goals, and help bring their plans to life. Guiding families through important decisions-and celebrating their milestones along the way-is the most rewarding part of my work.”
Andrew resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and reading.
JoAnn first became acquainted with KMG while working for a Fortune 500 company for whom the firm provided corporate service and employee financial planning. After years of getting to know them and their philosophy, she is excited to make the transition from client to team member.
“I’m really looking forward to working on a team that's focus is to provide such a unique level of personal service. I think my 20+ years of experience in the corporate world will enable me to add knowledge and perspective to further enhance the KMG client experience,” JoAnn says.
JoAnn and her husband Jeff live in Monclova, Ohio with their two teenage children. Family time is very important, and vacations are centered around activities they can enjoy together. She also loves to read, cook and stays in shape by cardio kickboxing.
After being at the helm of a private company for 27 years, Robert joined the KMG team in 2022. A self-proclaimed jack of all trades, he prides himself in his commitment to his professional responsibilities.
Rob helps maintain and oversee the information backbone of the company, the KMG Wealth Management Platform. Rob’s responsibilities also include executing trades, rebalancing accounts and providing investment research. Rob is really looking forward to his role which he says “will enable him to leverage his technical expertise and challenge his constant quest for knowledge.”
Robert and his wife of 25 years live just over the Ohio border in Michigan. They are proud parents to two adult sons who are following in their father’s footsteps at his alma mater, the University of Toledo. In his free time, Robert enjoys golf–regular or disk– boating and fishing. He’s also an avid Ohio State fan.
Rob began his career in the financial industry in 2016 as a public accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. After several years in accounting, he decided to pursue a path with a greater focus on helping individuals achieve their goals. Joining a financial advisory firm in the Cincinnati area, Rob worked closely with clients to develop and implement efficient financial plans. His experience in both tax and financial planning make him a great addition to the KMG Fiduciary Partners team.

Rob graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in accounting. He became a licensed CPA in 2019. In his free time he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Maddie, and 3 dogs.
